Once you complete the Reach Teacher Training programme you are part of the Reach family for life. Whether you stay in one of our schools (Reach Academy Feltham / Reach Academy Hanworth Park) which many of our trainees do, go to work in a partner school, remain at your placement school, or move on to pastures new, we will support you every step of the way. There will always be careers in teaching.
Reach Teacher Training is not just about creating the next generation of teachers for Reach Schools. It is also about creating careers in teaching and contributing to the broader education system. We want to ensure that we are supporting more children in the future to have amazing, inspiring teachers.
The level of care.
My favourite thing about Reach Teacher Training course is the community and excellent level of standard over everything Reach does. The level of care they have for everyone – staff, students and parents.
