Ryan Holmes
Director of Initial Teacher Training
Ryan has been teaching for over 10 years and has taught in the East Midlands, the USA, and central London before joining Reach in 2022. Whilst mainly a Primary teacher, Ryan has also taught Economics at A-Level, Computing to KS3, and Theory of Knowledge to IB students. Alongside running our ITT programme, Ryan is an Assistant Headteacher at Reach Academy Feltham. He graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BA (Hons) Politics, before gaining his PGCE (UoN) and then Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of Warwick. He lives with his fiancée, Jess, in Twickenham.

Sophie Bentley
ITT Administrator
Sophie recently joined the ITT role in 2024. She has worked at Reach Academy Feltham for 5 years but within schools/recruitment settings for 8 years. Sophie originally started working at Reach Academy Feltham through a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship and working on front office. She enjoys getting to know so many families across Reach Schools and watch them grow.
In her free time, Sophie loves supporting the music scene by going to various gigs and also loves travelling across the US.

Rebecca Cramer
CEO Reach Schools
Rebecca worked in three London schools prior to founding Reach Academy Feltham with Ed Vainker and Jon McGoh. She is passionate about ensuring that all children have the life opportunities they deserve and works relentlessly to achieve this goal. Rebecca has been influenced by visits to schools around the world. She studied Geography at the University of Bristol and trained to teach through the Teach First programme. In 2018 Rebecca was named a top-50 finalist in the $1million Global Teacher Prize. In 2024 Rebecca opened the second Reach School, Reach Academy Hanworth Park. During her spare time Rebecca is co-founder and trustee of SHiFT, a charity which breaks the cycle for children and young people caught up in, or at risk of, crime

Matilda Browne
Co-headteacher Reach Academy Feltham & Reach Academy Hanworth Park (Primary)
Having spent almost a decade with Reach Schools, Tilly has led in shaping the great culture and relationships built between students, teachers and families across the schools. With extensive experience in developing an innovative curriculum, thoughtful behaviour systems, and leading on literacy for all ages, her skills as co-headteacher for Primary age groups at Reach Academy Feltham will be shared with Reach Academy Hanworth Park from September 2024.

Manjit More
Co-headteacher Reach Academy Feltham (Secondary)
Manjit, studied History at Birmingham University before joining the teaching profession through the Teach First programme. From his very first classroom experience, he has loved every moment of teaching and leading, inspired by the curiosity, energy, and creativity of young people.
Manjit believes that teaching is the greatest profession in the world because it offers the opportunity to work with some of the most insightful and innovative thinkers society has to offer—our pupils. He is passionate about nurturing their potential, fostering a love of learning, and creating a school environment where every young person can thrive.
Outside the classroom, Manjit enjoys exploring history, engaging with the local community, and supporting initiatives that empower students to reach their full potential.

Louis Everett
Co-headteacher Reach Academy Hanworth Park (Secondary)
Louis studied History at the University of Hull before completing a Master in Education at the University of Cambridge. Louis has a track record of achieving extraordinary outcomes across both Suffolk and West London schools. He has been the founding Co-headteacher of Reach Academy Hanworth Park since January 2024.
Louis has led in implementing new curriculums across all key stages and has raised GCSE and A-level uptake and outcomes, to great success. He is also experienced in building strong teams, and designing and delivering teacher training and professional development opportunities in order to provide students with the best education possible.
Louis loves working in schools and has dedicated his career to comprehensive education. He believes every child should have a remarkable school experience with lifelong memories as well as the skills, knowledge and attributes to enjoy lives of choice and opportunity.

Bethan Hughes
Director of EYFS: Reach Schools
Bethan graduated from the Cardiff University with a degree in English Literature & Journalism before completing Teach First at Reach Academy Feltham in 2017. Bethan is passionate about promoting the importance of the early years foundation stage to all and developing early oracy skills. Alongside being Head of Early Years, Bethan has worked in the early years departments at Oak National Academy, Ambition Institute and presented at conferences on early language development. Bethan is proudly welsh and lives an active lifestyle spending her time hiking, powerlifting and running marathons.
